前几天我公司售后技术员从机房拿回来一台H3C S5024PV2 EI交换机，所有交换机的故障都是无法进入应用系统配置界面，只能启动到BootWare扩展字段。在查找相关资料后，得到相关资料和更新文件，在对交换机尝试做了更新固件的操作后，故障排除成功修复。
下面我就把过程和方法分享给大家，希望对以后的工作有所帮助。
H3C S5024PV2 EI交换机启动故障如下:

要更新固件，我们首先要把新的bin文件导入交换机内存中。所以我们要先把老的bin文件给删除，清空内存。方法如下:

Target File Name :target
:S5024PV2 EI-CMW520-R1111.bin ------这里一样
Server lP Address :192.168.1.1 -----这是tftp服务器的地址，也就是本机电脑要设置的地址
LocallP Address :192.168.1.253 -----这是交换机自动得到的地址
Gateway IP Address :0.0.0.0
然后我把自己的笔记本网卡配置成192.168.1.1(这很简单不配图解)，然后打开tftp软件，配置成tftp服务器:
设置好软件放置路径。
进入交换机配置界面进行文件上传:
